Lisa took on a challenge with selling our home. The house had been on the market before with three other realtors before her all with lack luster results. When I had contacted Lisa she made it abundantly clear she would sell our home. Needless to say after three years of hearing the same thing from three different realtors our expectations were not very high as far as results go. Within two weeks of taking on the house she had done more than the last three realtors combined. The listing was fresh and new, I found it across all mediums, the internet, the paper, and even on home sale distribution newspapers. When she gave us her timeline of which she said she needed to get the house sold both my wife and I raised a brow and had a chuckle. We were skeptical that she would do what three other realtors could not in three years in just three months. Needless to say that come the end of July Lisa sent me a text message that would lift one the biggest burdens of our life off our shoulders. She was writing up an offer on our home. Throughout the process of selling our home Lisa had constant updates for us via e-mail, phone calls, and text messages. She worked with us to ensure the house was always at its best for showing to potential customers. Countless trips to the house itself to check up on it as we are out of state and conducted all of our business from California to North Carolina. Regardless of the three hour time difference Lisa was always available to answer our questions and concerns. Lisa took a week off (which everyone needs from time to time) and went out of the country, but that did not stop her. While she was away she still took care of us. From getting the house cleaned on a regular basis, having the lawn mown and even a kitchen remodel Lisa knew exactly what to do and when to do it. I cannot recommend her enough. If anyone is in the area of Jacksonville, NC and is looking to buy or sell a home she should be your first stop because it would be your last. Lisa and her team worked tirelessly to sell our home and I can't imagine her letting anyone looking to buy a home not receive the same effort. We can't thank her enough for her time, her initiative, and dedication to getting things done. Thank you Lisa and we hope and wish nothing but the best for you and your family as you have done something we are truly grateful for.
