David and the Century 21 staff are excellent. He went above and beyond to get us into our new home. His patience and attention to detail are paramount. There were many things we never considered when making our purchase and that attention to detail make all the difference. I would recommend David to all of my family and friends who need a Realtor.

Machelle is wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market, process, locations, and pretty much everything else involved. She fielded all our questions and made sure that 1) we were extremely happy with the home we picked out and that 2) we were protected in our purchase. For the latter, what I mean is that she made sure we weren't swinging above our weight and that we were making wise decisions based on the knowledge at hand. It wasn't just a sale, she genuinely cares about us and the outcome of our home search and we really felt that. The market in the first half of 2021 has been bonkers but Machelle helped us get a home that we LOVE. One quick, really cool story: we toured a home (which we did not end up making an offer on) and it had a really cool teepee set up that our kid loved. He sat in it basically the entire time we were touring the house. Fast forward to when we close on the house we ended up purchasing and Machelle got us that same teepee for our new home! :) It was such a kind gesture and testament to her character.

Machelle helped us out tremendously. She always kept in mind our needs & wants for looking for houses and continuously gave us recommendations for people to use after we closed. Awesome work & couldn't have asked for better Machelle did amazing work. Continuously gave recommendations for people for small jobs around the home we purchased & helped out with our son when needed. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.

There are several testimonials I could give. However, one immediately comes to mind. We had gotten down to the day of closing and I was told that due to an unforeseen issue we would have to reschedule the closing. I immediately became nervous and overwhelmed but Machelle never panicked, not even flinched. She stated that she would do everything to ensure that the closing would take place as scheduled. Minutes later we received a confirmation stating that the issue had been resolved and the closing would go as planned!!!
