Accepted offer on third day after Mark told all interested parties to submit their best and final offer. Sold above asking price. Would recommend him to anyone interested in selling It was a pleasure working with Mark and he gave us some good suggestions on how to prepare our home for sale. He also explained each offer and recommend the best one.
