Coral has a warm heart and sweet spirit and it shows in how she renders her services as well as communicates. From the first meeting, my wife and I felt at peace and confident that we had the right person on our team that could get us the best outcome possible. Coral paid close attention to details, always spared time to teach us the pros and cons of certain decisions, and most of all, she was very patient. She was a huge help with assisting us with finding companies to help with repairs needed for our home per the inspection report and even price checked for the best value. With COVID being an added element to the home selling process we did not expect we assumed the worst. However, Coral went above and beyond with wiping down our home and practicing extreme caution with managing the prospect buyers during open house appointments.
