Seller reviewLeeann and Phillip did a great job for me. We ended up just taking a private and unsolicited offer, but I'm glad that I used them to negotiate my side. I would have been frustrated just working with the other realtor even though it would have been a slightly better financial deal, as he was very non-responsive. They also helped with other aspects of getting the property ready, including recommending an estate sale person. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and indeed Leeann is scouting properties for me right now for an investment.
