Seller reviewI actually was planning on using a Keller-Williams agent but felt that I "connected" with Melanie and that she was honest in her evaluation and advice. I accepted a contract on the house the third day it was for sale. Melanie told me what I needed to know and do. Melanie was wonderful to work with and I really appreciated all her advice and knowledge, She guided me through the whole house selling/closing process as this was the first house I ever sold through a real estate agent. Melanie is a true "gem."

Seller reviewI would highly recommend Melanie Hunt to anyone that has a house they want SOLD. Our property was unique in the fact that it was a large house on acreage with ponds that joined another property by a shared driveway. The shared driveway always seemed to be a negative for buyers, but Melanie always went "above and beyond" in working with prospective buyers to allay their concerns, showing and explaining to them the legal documentation that created the Ingress/Egress Agreement for the property. Melanie saw the uniqueness of the property as a challenge to overcome, and her patience and perseverance paid off.....for us!

Seller reviewWe got Melanie's name from Dave Ramsey. We were impressed with her from the beginning. She was professional, kind, listened with an open mind. She "got it" as to why our particular property was special and marketed it as such. We felt she had a thought through, thorough plan to sell our house, not just another listing for her. She REALLY WANTED TO AND PLANNED TO SELL IT HERSELF. We were probably a pain in her elbow at times but she was patient. Her (daughter/assistant) was superb when Melanie was taking some well deserved time for herself. We lived in the area 29+ years and of course, had many contacts, even other Mike Bowman realtor agents but chose Melanie because she was recommended by Dave as well as the fact that she actually listened to our thoughts and then recommended what she thought. We have NO REGRETS in choosing Melanie and have given her name to two of our friends. Melanie treated us as though our home was of upmost importance and she was not a 'list and go on vacation and hope it sells realtor'. We know she is very successful but at no time did we feel she put more expensive property owners ahead of us. Thank you Melanie! Because of you our new adventure is coming true more quickly than we ever thought!
