Really, it was all about the agents. Lynanna was the first to contact me. She was very nice and professional. She understood our desire to try and sell it ourselves and did not push us at all. She brought Greg out to see the property and he was also very nice and really professional. He gave us safety tips since it was 2 females at the house alone. We had been contacted by numerous agents, but we felt Greg and Lynanna really were the best fit. Greg and Lynanna stayed in contact with us regularly. They kept us updated on everything that was happening. Always respectful and professional. Greg and Lynanna were amazing. Our property was a little unique and they did extensive research to find information for us. They were both professional the entire time. It took a little longer to sell because of the type of property it was along with the market changes, but they never appeared discouraged. Lynanna Messer was the only other person we dealt with. She was absolutely amazing. The marketing she did was fantastic, from the description of the property on the website to changing the photos around to keep the property seen, to the little touches of professionalism in the open houses. She send encouraging text and emails along the way. Very understanding and compassionate with us since it was the sale of our family estate. Greg was also very understanding and compassionate. I have sold homes before and this is by far the best experience and it is because of Greg and Lynanna Messer. This was a very emotional time and they both understood that. It may have been just an everyday sale for them, but they made us feel very special and cared for. They took a tremendous amount of pressure and stress off my shoulders when they listed the property.
