She guided us in how to prepare our home for listing; what things to fix or improve through a system of prioritizing. She made it easy to appreciate and respect the depth of her knowledge. We believe compliance with all of Jean's suggestions and requests was a major contributing factor to everything going as smoothly as it did. Jean showed us why an Agent should be considered a professional resource as much as any doctor or attorney could be. We cannot recommend her highly enough. I couldn't ask for a more strong minded, compassionate Realtor. She is extremely timely with everything and understands the needs and perspective of a retired military veteran. She is truly an awesome person with a huge heart and takes care of people (and property) as if it were her own. She is also a huge animal lover which is a plus plus for me. Thanks Jean! We sold in 1 day. She prepared me and my home to do so. She knows her stuff and doesn't leave a stone unturned when it comes to the process. One word...AMAZING! Jean is an absolute professional. I basically sat back and followed instructions. She did the rest. We closed in under 30 days and did I mention we had two offers on the first day of showing?

One offer was a cash offer $18000 below list and appraised value and we accepted the VA loan offer $2000 over list and appraised value. I've had two experiences with Jean Robb. She sold me my new home as well as helping us sell the family homestead. Great experience both times!
