She was so helpful in guiding me through the process, from preparing the home for sale and making sure I received request from title company, etc. We were able to go to closing within 2.5 weeks. This was a great help as we needed the funds to pay for nursing care for my father. I am forever grateful for her help with this process. She truly made this emotional process smoother for me.

Seller reviewRobin Butler was extremly helpful and professional. The house was older and being sold as is. There were a couple of potetinal buyers who were being difficult in the process. Robin stayed on them and worked through the problem buyers and their realtors and brokers. When there was an issue, Robin jumped on the issue immediately. She was in constant contact with my elderly mother and I the entire process, which went on for several months becasue of the buyers and the extremly high bank rates. She always ansered the phone or text no matter the day or time to include weekends. That doesn't happen very often into todays world. I would highly recommend Robin Butler to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home. She is excellent at what she does. Century 21 should be very happy they have Robin Butler. Thank you.
