She always found time in her already packed schedule to meet us as soon as she could to look at any house we wanted. Cindy was very honest with us about all the houses telling us what was positive and negative about the home. Whenever we showed interest in a house she went above and beyond to get any information we needed or to set up extra visits. If you want an A+ realtor who is very down to earth go with Cindy Ballard.

Kelly was very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. Of course there were a few bumps in the road but she did everything in her power to get us threw it.
