Kelly Padgett is the best real estate agent out there and that is why I continue to contact her when I need to buy or sell a property. She takes the stress out of it all by explaining everything, answering questions, replying to emails and messages quickly, and all while having a smile on her face. She just has a way of making everything better. She had explained what her thought process was for the sale after meeting with us and hearing our needs. The plan she put in place for our sale is exactly what happened - our house sold in 4 days and we had multiple contracts to consider. Then she was able to put us in touch with contractors to handle the minor repairs that were needed as a result of the inspection. Everything went off without a hitch! I highly recommend Kelly Padgett to anyone considering a sale or purchase. She's always the first call I make and I will continue to do so.
