Whenever Pete was tied up with something, Dallas stepped in to provide timely attention. The two worked seamlessly to handle whatever needed to be addressed. I appreciated the way that Pete would provide a summary of the offers, along with the detailed contract language. This allowed us to quickly compare competing offers and focus in on the factors that mattered most to us, and select the best one for us to accept. After two successful real estate transactions in partnership with Pete Vakakes, I can't see any reason why we would even consider anyone different for next time.
