Seller reviewPreston, Jess and Dana were all wonderful to work with. We had previous listed with someone else with no luck. Switching to Preston and his team was the best decision we could have made. They were professional and communicated very well. This put us at ease since we had already moved out of state. Knowing what was happening every step of the way with our property even though we were not there was comforting. It was vital for us to have someone who was knew the Boiling Springs Market well since there is so much development there. Preston and his team hit everything out of the ball park and we could not have been any more pleased with the whole process. Already told all of our family and friends in the area to use them if they need a realtor.

Buyer reviewAs first time homebuyers, my husband and I were nervous and had many questions. Preston was incredibly accommodating and made us feel at ease. He kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and was very communicative. Not many people are lucky enough to end up with their dream home the first time around, but Preston made that happen for us. My husband and I hope to be in this house for a long time, but should anything change, Preston will be the first person we call.

When I asked to withdraw from their listing, they tied me down with a contract stating that I will have to pay them 6% commission if I decided to sell in the next 3 months. Pres and Jess is a very professional and helpful in getting my house sold without all the headaches. Communication and guidance was a breeze getting my home sold and into a 1031.
