Chris and his team were excellent from start to finish. Due to an unforeseen death in the family I had to deal with an estate sale of a relatives property. Chris walked me through the process and made everything easy to understand and we were able to sell the home at listing price very quickly. Chris had a very good eye for attention to detail, and I felt confident that everything was being handled we'll I dealt with other family issues at the time. 10/10 would recommend.
