Way better than what I was expecting compared to other realtors that I had previously dealt with. Chris made himself available to us and worked around our schedule. He also did virtual house tours for us since we were not local and the videos were so good we knew right away which houses we wanted to buy. He was always early, came prepared and very patient with us being nervous first time home buyers. Definitely not going to be the last time we use Chris.

I was a first time homebuyer and completely new to this process. I have learnt so much from Chris during the entire homebuying process that it set me up with the knowledge for future purchases. Sarah was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I contacted her about the property I was interested in she quickly swung into action. From initial negotiations to the actual close date Sarah made the whole process extremely smooth and way less stressful than I imagined. During it all, she even provided some super cool ideas on what to do with the rooms and really transform the house. Overall, she tied everything up nicely and even provided the BEST closing gift!

I love the experience I had with Cris Sartwell, He is the best, he is understandable and suportive , the experience of me moving to florida wasn't the best until I came a cross Cris, he help me to find a nice house, he is a supper pacient person , explanes everything, overall , I feel super blessed to have found him on my way, thank you Cris.
