Seller reviewCarol Lynn is a phenomenal realtor and helped us to best-negotiate an offer we may have initially rejected that wound up being a successful sale. We had lots of interest in our unit, it had an offer on the second day it was listed, a final offer accepted within 3 weeks, and closed within a month after the offer was accepted. Many units in our association have been on the market for months and ours sold in near-record time at a near-record price for this market. She and our attorney worked closely to make sure everything went smoothly and we knew what to expect.

She gets to know her clients and what they will/will not like so she'll pre-screen properties for you.
