Seller reviewAgain, Jim did a great job! we had originally started the process of selling the house with an appraisal back in the early spring of 2023. The plan was to move my parents to an assisted living over the spring and summer, first my Dad then my Mom. In the middle of all this my brother passed away in May and we were faced with a family crisis. Jim stepped up and helped to accelerate the sales process. His communication was great and he was willing to come to the assisted living my parents were at. Overall a great job!
