Seller reviewPatrick was incredible to work with! We knew he and his team understood the area and unique niche of clientele we were marketing to. At our initial meeting he helped my daughter-in-law carry and load boxes into her vehicle that I had packed. He followed up with all matters and answered emails quickly. Patrick made himself available to meet the HVAC technician at my condo when I could not be there so that we could get all outstanding inspection items completed, which ultimately landed us at the closing table earlier than anticipated. He is respectful, polite, and always a pleasure to speak with. He made the experience easy and seamless! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Southern Maryland!

Buyer reviewPatrick did a wonderful job. We were located in Guam with a 14 hour time difference and he made it work for us staying up till late at night to write up contracts and do house tours. They showed us many housing options during our limited duration visit, understood our desires, and identified suitable housing options. In addition, once we were on contract, Patrick and his team were extremely helpful in representing us at inspections and in facilitating delivery of two of our cars before we arrived. They really went above and beyond when it came to the car delivery assistance. Andy from Patrick's team helped to get both of our cars received and in the garage prior to our arrival in MD.
