Buyer reviewMr. Stagliano was the only option for us when it came to buying a new house! He was my favorite teacher growing up, and now ten years later, reprised his role as my teacher. Together, we searched for the perfect home to fit all of our needs. He helped us recognize we need living space for our game nights with friends, a large kitchen for this messy cook/baker, a reasonable mortgage to manage as we pay off college debt, and so much more. It is because of Mr. Stagliano, we were able to find all those things in the perfect home! I have his number saved in my phone, because I know who I am calling for the next time we go to buy/sell.

Seller reviewJim Sullivan was an exceptional realtor during a very difficult time for our family. Our home was too big to care for by myself. My husband has been in poor health. Jim worked hand in hand with us so we could get our house sold in a timely manner. When our initial sale fell through at the last minute, Jim continued to stay positive and find us another buyer. Communication initiated by Jim was done on the daily basis keeping us in the loop every step of the way. I guess the important thing in all of this is that my house was not a million dollar listing. but he treated us like gold! Every question was answered and every doubt reassured. I would recommend Jim Sullivan to anyone looking to list or buy a home. You are not treated like a client, you are treated like family!

From start to finish the whole experience was beyond expectations John was at my service, no matter what day it was or what time it was. I never expected to sell a house as quickly as I did and to find a new one as fast as I did. From start to finish it was a total of 8 weeks, which to me is mind-blowing. The total experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.
