Seller reviewJohn Stagliano, a member of the Sullivan Team, provided us with the assistance necessary to move through the process of selling and buying a home. His professionalism was evident in every step of the process. We had several issues with the buyer and John always provided good counsel. His desire to keep us informed was displayed in his rapid responses by text messages, phone calls, and emails. He never failed to amaze me in how quickly he responded to our questions and suggestions. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. He is a person who delivers on his promises and does not just give you "lip service".

Buyer reviewWe worked with Greg Jones from Jim Sullivan/ Century 21. We met with Greg based off a referral from a friend and were very happy. Greg was open to mostly text communication, which was extremely helpful as we work long hours at jobs we cannot take calls at. Our transaction had some bumps in the road, but Greg walked us through the process and everything ended up working out just fine with a smooth closing. All referrals (real estate attorney, inspectors), were spot on and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Greg for all of your help these past few months - we truly feel we have found our "forever home".
