This was my first home I was selling and so I was very new to the experience and he explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully, always taking my needs into consideration. He even helped spare of the moment get my home protected from a storm while I was living out of town and connected me with services to have my house set up for success in staging. He helped me get what I needed for this sale and I couldn't be happier. After having 2 agents before meeting him for my purchases and his talent in marketing my home and informing me of the process, I'd pick him again over anyone else. He is super reachable and reliable and the most helpful agent I've met. 10/10 experience for me.

Seller reviewWhere to begin?!? Our sale faced major issues that were unforeseen and unavoidable during a span of two years. Daryl and Amy Teblum rode the wild ride along with us for nearly 2 years. Struck by the rise of the Feds interest rates, the decline in the housing market, a natural disaster in Hurricane Ian's category 5 direct hit to our beautiful community, this sale was plagued with disasters. We were left with a damaged home with issues such as a damaged roof, facia & soffit, rodents entering the attic, a waterline break in the foundation, mold, and more. Daryl and Amy stuck with us though it all! Finally the right buyer looking for our now "perfect home" came along and it sold! Great job Daryl and Amy Teblum. It was quite a trip, but as we happily report . . . two years and a hurricane later, we have relocated to our forever home in Jacksonville, FL. We have made forever friends in Daryl and Amy and look forward to seeing them upon our return visits to SWFL! Thank you & God Bless. J&C
