The home had a bathroom that had not been finished remodeling. FHA required the bathroom to be finished. Thelma Miller helped me get the special financing I needed and never heard of before. The loan was an FHA 203 k which allows a home buyer to purchase a home at a good price that needs a little work while letting the home buyer move in while the repairs are completed by a licensed contractor. The 203 K loan lets you include the construction repair cost into your home loan at the low down payment percentage that FHA requires.Thelma Miller made my home buying experience a pleasure.
