Mike was very friendly in every contact we made. He was very accommodating considering our work schedules and different time zones. Never took long to get an answer from him for anything. Can't stress enough how friendly and helpful he was steering us around the market in knoxville especially considering our extreme lack of knowledge in the area.

Michael subsequently listed our home and was absolutely outstanding. Selling a house is difficult even in times of market stability. During this time of volatility, we had serious concerns and reservations. Michael's knowledge, energy, and clear communication made the process so much easier. Especially challenging was the fact that we moved 1,400 miles away just before listing. Michael was just a text or call away. He was promptly available, very approachable, and willing to go above and beyond. When severe weather struck the area, Michael went to the property and made sure safeguards were in place to prevent damage. Michael knows and understands the market he serves. His friendly, easygoing style makes him a pleasure to work with. So happy we met the Vanderkooys, highly recommend it without reservations.
