Seller reviewI strongly recommend Brian Wayman as a real estate broker. We purchased three homes with him and he sold two of our houses. The first house was sold within two weeks. The second house had three offers above asking price within 24 hours, even though the market had already slowed. He is a market expert that brings years of experience and we trust his price recommendations implicitly, which has proved successful. He is a straight shooter with strong communication and negotiation skills. His is honest, transparent, and is accommodating with his time. Buying a house is one of the most stressful processes, but Brian's empathy and patience ease the pressure. He was always on top of the paperwork and never missed a step.
