Seller reviewBrad went over and beyond our expectations! Our sale was unique because we were selling our brother-in-law's town house, who was a full fledged hoarder with dementia. We did what we could in our time allowed. We live in Washington State and the townhouse was in Virginia. Brad took over with the clean up, helped us with paperwork and lost paperwork, guided us through all the procedures. We are both computer illiterate so it was a challenge he took on with patience and understanding. We wish all relators were as kind as Brad.
