Seller reviewThis is the second time we have had the pleasure of working with Andy Yakish. The first time I chose him from good referrals on Zillow since our previous agent was in another city. The second time there was no question we would use anyone else. He did a fabulous job for us previously. We have now had him represent us as a buyer and a seller. He went above and beyond. He was very kind and attentive to the tenant we had in the upper part of the duplex to make is easier for her. I really appreciated this. Andy is is a pleasure to work with. He is great at explaining things completely, pointing out what is in your best interest and always follows through. I have every confidence in him when it comes to real estate.

Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer, I felt that it was crucial to find a broker that would answer all of my questions before I could make such a big commitment. Since I didn't have any prior experience with purchasing a new home, I needed to rely on somebody that was truly competent in their expertise of realty. This is where Andy came in. Andy made sure to take extra time explaining important documents to me until I fully understood what I was committing to. He also made many accommodations for me as we came up with an offer that met all of my requirements. I never felt pressured to make a final decision before I was 100% ready to do so. In addition, I could tell that Andy was an honest agent; his honesty is what made me feel at peace with my overall buying experience.
