Seller reviewRob came to us out of the blue, I never even thought it was possible to buy a house. My wife was in disbelief at first then once Rob explained what the possibilities were she was on board. 2 months later we have the house we never thought we could get. It's in the perfect place, perfect home, perfect time and none of it would have been possible if Rob would not had contacted me, crazy thing is I usually don't answer numbers i don't recognize. For some reason I answered the phone that day and heard "Hi my name is Rob Cunningham with 21st Century Award, do you have 2 minutes to talk?" and the rest as they say is History. Thanks Rob again for everything.

Seller reviewPatrick approached me about a year ago and stated he was interested in being our agent when we were ready to sell. I asked him to stay in touch and follow up with me each quarter. He followed up (with no pressure). On one of his calls, I stated we were getting close to putting the house on the market (within 6 months). Patrick met with us that week and we discussed sale strategy and things we should focus on to get ready to sell. Lynette and I were very pleased with the advise and assistance in selling our house. I would recommend Patrick to my friends and colleagues as well as have him represent us in the future.
