Seller reviewTodd did a great job selling our home. He was in constant contact throughout the process via email, text, and telephone. He let me know what was happening at all times and was very helpful in discussing the options available for the sale of the property as well as items we needed to do for the closing. His team did a very good job hosting the open houses and kept it open every week until it was sold.

Buyer reviewWe found Claire Lawson by visiting an open house in a neighborhood of interest. We were immediately struck by how sensible and honest she is, so we asked her to be our realtor. Claire was totally professional in handling our purchase. Our offer was accepted because she suggested we use an escalation clause to beat the best offer. She is extremely organized and handled each milestone quickly - this helped to put our progress in context and made the process relatively stress-free. She is an excellent communicator and was always available via email or phone. Her attention to detail was particularly helpful when correcting issues that were highlighted during inspection. Claire absolutely personifies all of these traits, however the distinction is that she is a professional who genuinely practices these values and behaviors in representing her clients.

Seller reviewTodd is a Top Notch realtor. He and his team are Professional, Knowledgeable, Efficient, just down right Amazing. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. Anytime we had concerns during our transaction, they were immediately addressed. We have dealt with previous realtors from another company in the past and had a mediocre experience. In comparison, Todd and his team made us feel like we were their only clients and that they only had our best interest in mind. We don't have any complaints (and I am someone who can find fault in anything). I would not hesitate to refer or contact them again in the future. If you are looking for a home or would like to sell yours Todd Romano and his associates are hands down the people to contact! They far exceeded our expectations and I'm sure they will yours too!
