Seller reviewTony and Angela were absolutely AMAZING! Make sure you use them if you're looking to sell a property for sure. I was originally going to sell my property to someone for far less to someone else through the advice of another realtor and then a friend introduced me to Angela. She stopped me from selling it to an investor and helped me negotiate $40,000 more for the sale of my home. I don't know where I'd be if she hadn't stepped in and helped guide me through the process. Her husband, Tony was amazing constantly checking in on our vacant property making sure that it was taken care of. Her and her team are truly amazing and we will recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Use the Medina Team. Thank you so much Tony and Angela!

I had worked with a realtor previously who couldn't sell my home and I was referred to Tony who stepped in and helped me get the job done. Trust me I'm not easy to work with and he is a very patient man. He was able to help me sell my home and get the amount of money I needed to retire and move on he went above and beyond in every way imaginable to help me get this home sold. There was a lot of bumps and challenges along the way, but his confidence gave me peace every time, knowing that he was handling it.

Seller reviewTony was a godsend. We had the property listed with another agent who didn't do anything. The property sat on the market for months with no activity. Then Tony called us after our contract had expired and he took action from day one. He went knocked on the door since the Property Manager wasn't answering our phone calls and he talked directly to the tenant that we had in place. He helped them get into another rental property and helped us Get what we needed to get the Home sold. He was able to get us a higher offer than we were even asking for previously, and he was extremely responsive, educational communicative, and humble throughout the entire process. It was very difficult doing this from California from so far away, but he made the entire process extremely easy. His wife was an angel who was able to help communicate with us in Tagalog and make us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you so much Tony and Angela!
