Buyer reviewThe Torres Team (Jim and Glenda) are terrific. Their approach is very appreciated by all who work with them. I have recommended Jim and Glenda to many of our friends who have had nothing but a wonderful experience when buying or selling a home. They are honest, work very hard to solve issues quickly and find the answers to your questions in a prompt fashion. They are not pushy and have many patience when helping the client find the perfect home for them. Jim and Glenda go above and beyond to make the experience of buying or selling flawless! They are exceptional at their job!

Buyer reviewAs a young first time home buyer, I felt like Jim and Glenda were excellent at explaining things that I did not understand. They were so helpful with this whole process and I did not feel pressured to settle with anything I did not love. I liked how time efficient Jim worked as far as setting up homes back to back as well as responding to my questions quickly. I would strongly encourage anyone buying a home to work with Jim and Glenda. I appreciate everything they have done for us.

Buyer reviewJim and Glenda was referred by a friend. At that time was told I wouldn't have to worry because they are the most honest realitors around. I was working to improve credit scores but eventually got in touch. They referred loaners to help me through process. Never too busy to show houses during this market war during this past summer. They always told me it'll probably happen in the fall when market slowed down. It did! I would do it all over again without hesitation with these 2 wonderful people. No one has forced me to make this .I would like to see others like me get the best around!

He has restored my faith in this profession. He recently helped me buy my latest home and I am very pleased with ease of communication and his professionalism. He always accommodated my every whim and never made me feel pressured to buy a house not right for me. He also gave helpful input into the negotiation process (on my request) and everything went smoothly. I really felt like he was in my corner and not just for himself. I would highly recommend Chris and would use his services in the future!
