Buyer reviewJamila kept me in the loop, taught me about things that I was not familiar with, and sought answers to the questions she did not know. She made this experience comfortable. Jamila was very knowledgeable about what prices to offer and negotiate. By closing, I received money back opposed to owing. That was really a big deal for me. She also toured the city and shared her finding with me to give me a preview considering I was just moving to a new city. If I had the opportunity, I would choose Jamila again. Jamila previously worked with my mother to find a home. I joined them in viewing several houses and appreciated Jamila's sense of tuning into your style and what you like. I immediately knew that I wanted her as a broker.

On occasions when one of the office ladies would call, they were always very polite and helpful if I had a question. Being in the home selling business, Jim Torres was able to point a discrepancy in a couple homes letting me know it wasn't about just 'selling a home', it was about creating a friendship, a trust, and a customer base that would follow for the future.
