Jim excels in the technology and his vast knowledge of real estate regulations offers peace of mind. Glenda gets all the details about what you are actually looking for in a home. Glenda is on top of all the new homes going on the market, and in this seller's market that is huge. You have to be on it to get in the homes quickly - they showed us homes in a moments notice. It was great to know how personally they took what were were looking for and found "the house" for us. The market made the task very challenging, but Jim and Glenda worked hard to make sure my husband and I were aware of new listings, and they were always able to get us into showings right away! Time is critical in this market, so that was very important. They showed us so many houses and always pointed out important things that as first-time home buyers, we would have overlooked. They certainly had our best interest in mind, which put our minds at ease. Jim's knowledge and experience was impressive; we had many, many questions with this being our first go at home buying! I'd recommend Jim to everyone looking for a realtor, but especially first time home buyers. Jim's expertise and use of technology actually made placing offers and dealing with all the legal documents very simple and incredibly efficient. 5/5 stars for Jim and Glenda!
