Buyer reviewWhen looking at houses, Jim made sure to always let us know not to settle on a house that we would end up regretting. He pointed out issues that could have ended up becoming very costly in the end. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and even helped us spot things that we would have missed otherwise. He worked around the clock and on one occasion set up a showing on his Friday night to make sure we saw the house we ended up purchasing. He never made us feel like we weren't a priority. Jim and Glenda were amazing and we will certainly use them again!

Seller reviewJim was so understanding and patient with us as we were in the process of reading our house to sell. He took us to numerous houses and always made us feel important. When it was time to put an offer on a house he didn't care what time of day or how busy he was, he took the time to help us and make sure it was right. When excepting an offer on our house that we sold, he caught a couple of errors on the offer and made sure to get them corrected to help us not have to spend unnecessary money. Jim did a wonderful job and we highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to selling or buying a house!
