Traci and team are the complete package from estimating the market value of my residence, to the excellent job on promoting the property and the professional pictures and video presentation. She or one of her staff was there for the showing, price negotiations, contract presentation, setting up appraisals, closing attorneys and a exhausted list of everything I would need to accomplish to make the transaction go as smooth as possible. I would not consider any other agents to sell my properties and to get the best price. Traci, then went on to help me find another home and set up everything to close on it, with recommendations to qualified contractors and painters to get the new home ready to move in.
