He suggested we list when we did and was great at negotiating a great price for our home, and making sure that we had terms that allowed us enough time to find and start renovating a new place. He was thoughtful and professional through the whole process. He gave us really great advice on small fixes we could make to make the property stand out and feel more updated. Swen would be the person I would go to time and again if I wanted to buy and or sell another place!
