We had several agents give approximate values for homes in our neighborhood. She was able to sell our home with multiple offers on the fourth day for $150,000 more than the other agents were recommending we list for. She understands what it takes to get the most for your home. Can you afford to use someone else? I couldn't. She is awesome

With the list of requirements needed, Lila went out of her way to look at multiple locations, and also provided her honest opinion on the home when we would take a tour. If there was a time we were unable to make a showing due to work? Lila would FaceTime us and show the house as if we were still there. Lila is also very personable and friendly to not only her clients, but to also the current homeowners and their realtors. We are definitely recommending Lila to our friends who are looking for a home.
