Buyer reviewWe were particularly impressed with Jason's knowledge of the real estate execution process, his ability to keep on top of progress, and his ability to negotiate a good price. Jason was extremely professional on our transaction, his communications were quick and knowledgeable, and he was able to clearly explain every step of the process. We felt very comfortable working with him and were reassured by his capabilities and knowledge. In our transaction speed was critical to getting a good price. We executed the entire transaction in just a few weeks and Jason played a large role in the quick turnaround. We felt Jason cared as much as we did about our success and several times he went beyond what would normally be expected, particularly with due diligence efforts. Additionally, he had a creative approach to addressing Inspection Report issues that resulted in significant extra savings. Overall, very pleased to work with Jason and would highly recommend him to anyone else.
