Buyer reviewSandy is a great friend and consummate professional. She knows Northern Virginia extremely well, and is a wizard regarding the current real estate market. Her guidance in the sale of our home ensured we got maximum value and she patiently walked us through the whole process. We had to move quickly when our dream home came on the market, and her advice and direction ensured we got things done timely and properly to ensure we got our house on the market quickly and at the best price. We had multiple offers within just a few days, and our open house was a crazy success! 34 groups ! Her team is also tremendous to work with. Mike's expertise as a contractor was invaluable during the walk-through, and Emily excels at communication and coordination. Together they made sure we had all of our inspections and appointments planned and paid on time. Working with Sandy was really a fantastic overall experience. Without her I don't think we would have gotten the house of dreams. I would recommend her again and again.

We were initially interested in a fixer upper and Mike's background in construction was such an asset as he walked us through the pros and cons of each property. It was not about a quick sale for him, but working with us until we found the home that was the perfect fit for both of us. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with the entire process! Highly recommend Mike and his team and would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Sandra's knowledge of Ashburn and its history is extensive and helped us trust her judgment and recommendations. She listened to our situation and went out of her way to show us properties that fit our needs and desires. I never felt pressure to buy up or out of our set budget. I feel like Sandra Brill and her team went above and beyond what was expected over and over while we worked with them. We had very little time to find a home before starting a new job. We found a home, made an offer, and negotiated to acceptance by all parties in one day and then closed three weeks later! Impressive. Sandra and her team work together seamlessly. They support and compliment each other in ways rarely seen in teamwork! Together, they deliver excellent service and results! Buyer reviewWell, I have never met Sandra Bill in person. All my comments and recommendations go to Mike Gardner who is such an exceptional realtor and to the wonderful young lady Emily Miller. I think I would be happy if we stayed friends in the future. This doesn't mean that Sandra Bill is not a wonderful person as well for managing the office. I dealt with Mike Gardner who was very friendly, understanding, patient, helpful and willing to explain everything in a simple and detailed manner. He was available all the time to answer my questions and explain my misunderstanding. Also I deakt with Ms. Emily Miller who was always helpful, on time, cheerfully friendly and always answering my texts immediately.
