As we discussed what we were trying to do with our parents' property, it was clear he not only understood but clearly knew the market and would represent our interests well. Mike did a great job He was an excellent advocate for our interests; more important, he paid personal attention to all of the details -- evaluating the quality of the offers we received, followed up to ensure the terms of the sales contact were fulfilled, kept us informed at all times, Honestly, Mike hit it out of the park. Everyone with whom we worked were professional, and made it easy for us to fulfill our requirements for the sale. When you need to conduct an important financial transaction, you just want things to happen as smoothly as possible. Our house sale went off without a hitch, thanks to Mike and his colleagues. I could not be happier with how everything went.
