Seller reviewSandy and her team are rare finds. Extremely hard working and proactive. The plan that Sandy put together in December was to prepare for a Spring listing. She presented several possibilities due to the market uncertainty. Dream scenario, Average scenario and a Backup Plan scenario. From setting the exact date to come to market, to the excellent photos & video in the listing, everything was perfect. When we entered the Coming Soon market and were immediately inundated with requests and appointments. Sandy & Emily managed those completely. We closed under the Dream scenario, and it was Sandy and Emily's hard work and diligence that pulled this off, flawlessly. I highly recommend Sandy to list your property, she knows her business.
