Val makes all the difficulties of buying a new home super smooth and her extensive experience is very helpful wihen navigating issues with a new home purchase that come up. Would absolutely recommend Val to anyone s. You won't get a better agent anywhere. Val, had to have a stand in at closing and even that went super smooth.
