Val did a great job, overall. Each day she informed about the updates in moving forward towards closing. She has excellent skills in negotiating the costs and get the best deal, making sure we get the home. She also recommended best lenders and inspection team for the home. She has first-hand knowledge on how Real-Estate work and I highly recommend her for others. * I recommend Val, to also provide past 3-6 months data about the homes sold, to the buyers close in radius to the present selling home. This would help buyers to make analysis about the price they want to bid on the selling home. *

Val made sure we had everything we needed to make the best home purchase for our family. She went above and beyond to ensure we knew about our home, the community, and terms of our purchase. Making a move to another state could have been extremely stressful, but Val made it as seamless as possible. I can't imagine having gone through this process with any other broker. She is wonderful!

I had already contacted two other brokers and one was dilatory and the other simply never got back. As soon as I connected with Val it was immediate, quick and easy. Like an old friend or family, we picked up right where we left off. This being our 1st ever home purchase, Val made the process so smooth and easy to understand. Felt she was in our corner every step of the way. Communication was key and that is Val. Always responsive; always in your corner. If she doesn't have the answer, she will get it for you. If we were to look for a realtor again, Val would be our 1st and only choice. Wouldn't hesitate in a moments notice.

Having grown up on the far north side of Indianapolis ( in the Meridian Hills/Williams Creek area), and graduated from NCHS, I had known Val's family "way back when". As my husband and I have been married for over 35 years, and with our 3 children, have lived all over the Midwest and East Coast, we finally have happily been afforded an opportunity to "return home"......and watch our son play basketball for Butler Univ.!! With the realization that this move was coming to fruition, we did connect with another realtor… but quickly realized it was not going to be a good fit. Having conversations with my sister-in-law she quickly recommended Val Hooton…family friends of theirs who like themselves, also had twin sons and they were all the same age and had been friends in elementary and middle school. I reached out to her.....and we instantly connected and re-established an "old" friendship! This became the foundation for a terrific working agent/buyer relationship! Val represents all of the very Best qualities one hopes to find wrapped up in one person......very smart and knowledgeable, intuitive, very professional, resourceful, supportive. She was able to tap into what our thoughts were regarding different properties, what we were looking for, etc..... and through this process, as it did stretch out over time as we had to sell our home at the coast (Wilmington, NC) also, Val was always ready and prepared when I flew into town to do some looking! Val is the person that everyone wishes for and wants to have as an agent (and friend!!!), and that every Real Estate Agency/brokerage/company/office wants to have working for them!!! Val is a "12" on a 1-10 scale!!! Fabulous!! Val is the Best ( speaking from a great deal of experience as we have moved 10-12 times over the years!!)

I swear by Val and will be using her for all future Indianapolis transactions. It is not often that I meet service professionals who exceed my high expectations and manage to stay ahead of me on project planning. She did that.
