Buyer reviewI don't know anything about home buying, and I typically am untrusting of people who need commission. Matt proved himself trustworthy, available, knowledgable, and full of charisma. He was always available for us, and that's something I can barely do with my day job. He was available on weekends, even on vacation. I don't know that that's best for everyone, but everything he did for us was helpful and very noticeable. Matt made a process that seemed impossible, extremely doable for us. We are so thankful for working with him. I typically would crosscheck everything he told and advised us with friends and family, and they confirmed what he had said. I can't imagine the homebuying experience without Matt by our side. Full disclosure: we tried to buy a house last year, but it wasn't working out for us financially. We originally worked with Matt then, and because of how helpful he was last year, we chose to work with him this year when we actually did buy a house. We are so thankful we did!

Buyer reviewMatt was great. I had a different realtor (completely different company) who I felt was a little lazy. Matt came at the right time and got me right where I wanted to be immediately. When it comes time to sell and buy again, I know who I'm contacting already.

Buyer reviewMatt was awesome! I couldn't have gotten a better realtor. He was friendly and helped me find houses within the limits I gave him. I had to find and close on a house very quickly, and he helped make that happen faster than I knew could happen. If I decide to sell and/or buy again, he will be my first call.
