I would highly recommend Andrew Atwood when looking for a house. He was very responsive to my requests, very timely in his responses, but what I was most impressed with his best knowledge of home construction, plumbing, electrical. This proved invaluable when it came time for me to make an offer on a house when I made the choice to forgo the inspection.

WOW, all of these things were Andrew Atwood. He was kind, respectful, had get patience. I could text him or call him anytime and he would act like I was his only concern. I knew he had other people he needed to talk to, but you would never guess that. He told us what would happen all the way through the process and I felt like I could ask questions at any time. He got us people to talk to when we needed them, like a contractor that could give us estimates on work that needed to be done. Or a lawyer that explained an issue with the property so we were comfortable moving forward. Andrew was so wonderful. He showed us a house that was in our wants but it wasn't what we wanted and he was fine with that. We found the house that we did want and he got us the first showing that they would allow even though it was a weekend. He got all the paperwork done really, really fast. We went on a rocky ride with the problems concerning the seller and the property and he made everything work. He did a great job. I know other realtors and I don't know any that would have done as much as Andrew did to keep us in the running for that house and actually get it. He did great and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house. He got a better price for us on the house than we ever thought would happen. He knew what we needed and how to get us there. I can't say enough good things about our total experience with this house purchase. We had a lot of unforeseen problems with the property, but Andrew held our hands through the whole thing and got us the deal. If it were not for Andrew we would have walked away and not gotten the property that we truly wanted. We are so very grateful for having Andrew to work with. He was amazing. Andrew did a great job. My adult daughter heard how all the things were going and she said that when she sells her house she will call Andrew! She was happy that we had him to work with. We all know that another realtor probably would not have gotten the house for us.
