Buyer reviewDuring the time of purchasing the property, I was able to tour two off-market deals found by Yue. We didn't like it, but we really appreciate her help finding off-market deals in a super hot seller's market. Yue really understands the market and when we found the property we like, she acted very fast to help us get a contract below the listing price. I am very impressed by her knowledge and service.

One example is that she put an "escalation clause", which helped me secure the house without costing me more. And I also have all the contingencies. She was always friendly, reacting promptly to issues that came up, and providing knowledgeable answers to my questions. Overall it was great experience working with her.

Buyer reviewYue guided us through the purchase process as first-time homeowners and helped us solve many related issues caused by the pandemic. The purchase process was stretched out to a full year because of the shortage of almost everything for building a new house. Yue helped us negotiate with the builder and got us extra credits to supplement the extra moving and living cost we had to pay out of pocket due to the massive delay. She was checking in with the builder every day in the last few weeks before closing to ensure we can close on time. She also went out of her way and found us a short-term place to stay while waiting for the house to complete. I can tell she is very passionate about her work and enjoys helping clients!
