Alex Puzio was a great realtor. I highly recommend her services. We were in a very difficult living situation, she was very understanding and did not rush us into any home. She took us to every home we wanted to see and was always clear and honest. She was very knowledgeable of the process. Even though everything was new and scary I felt confident trusting that Alex had my back. We closed on our home on 6/23/2020 and I am so happy with our purchase. Im extremely happy that its over. Alex was incredibly helpful during our home buying process and always provided the support that we needed. Towards the end of our purchase, we ran into some trouble with the closing (due to circumstances unrelated to Alex). As first-time home buyers we did not have the experience to know how to handle this. Alex was the only one that was actually communicating with us and helping us understand exactly what needed to happen to finalize the process. She worked through most of a Friday evening to get it done, and thanks to her, we were able to move in the next day. Her overall professionalism and commitment to helping buyers find a home makes Alex an agent anyone would be lucky to work with, but what really sets her apart is having her support during a challenging time.

We loved working with Alex in searching for our first home! She took the time to sit with us and understand our priorities and location, while providing insight to Worcester neighborhoods. She was understanding of our requirements, but also straightforward of what our budget could afford in the neighborhoods we wanted to live in. While visiting homes and open houses, Alex was knowledgeable of specific renovations and pointed out different structural details in the house that we would have completely missed. Lastly, she was very easy to reach via phone, text and email!
