Seller reviewAlex was amazingly helpful and supportive during the sale of our house. We had a few personal complications that the navigated around with the utmost professionalism and compassion. She treated us as human beings, opposed to another commission. She also understood what the needs were for my family and gave reasonable expectations as to what to seel the home for. Because of this the house sold very quickly without any problems. We will coming to her when it is time for us to buy a new home. No doubts.

Seller reviewAlex was referred to me by a business associate after a private sale (that looked like a sure thing) fell through. I needed to sell quickly, but had to consider some delicate family issues and get the greatest possible return on the sale. Alex had a plan in place before we even met in person less than 24 hours later. After hearing her plan, I signed immediately. Alex planned our sale fast, knew the market, and had three decent offers, one above asking price in 48 hours. She explained the relative benefits and risks of each offer. We accepted an offer and closed in less than a month. She was instrumental in handling some difficult logistical issues and kept everything on track for my family. This sale would have been so much more stressful, and perhaps wouldn't have even happened, but for her expertise and perseverance.

She started us off on our home buying journey by taking us around to different areas, introducing us to our options, and also getting a feel for what we were looking for. We really appreciated the time and effort she dedicated to getting to know us better and educating us on the market. The assets I most value in Alex as a broker is her candor and honesty in assessing/advising whether potential homes would fit our needs/desires. She also was very patient in not pushing us into a house. When we expressed uncertainty about a house, she suggested we DON'T act on it and to wait for something better to come along. Looking back, I'm so glad we listened and did not pull the trigger... The one we waited for is perfect. With Alex you can trust she has your interests in mind!
