Seller reviewI have worked with alice before, I have purchased 2 homes , she is highly professional, knowledgeable, has intergrity but most of all she has my trust, I feel she is not just in it for a sale, I truly feel she represents my interest by understanding what I am looking for , I felt this from day one, she first listened to my needs and not once did I feel pressure or had any feelings she was just trying to make a sale, as long as I'm involved in realstate, alice will be the one I look to work with, I would not hesitate to recommend her to people I know as I'm positive they would not have any negative thing to say

Buyer reviewAlice Wise really went above and beyond her services with us. Alice would always get back with us in a timely manner when we had questions and get with the sellers realtor and our loan officer to get things straight even when we did not ask her to do so. Alice even cleaned up the things that the renters had left behind to ensure the houses were in the condition we wanted it to be in and this was after the sellers realtor had sent in a cleaning crew. We have recommended Alice Wise to people who was thinking of moving or buying property on the Big Island. Century 21 is fortunate to have Alice Wise on their staff of realtors. At times when we were stressing out about things, Alice Wise would put us at ease. Alice Wise we feel is now a part of our family and friend.
