Seller reviewWhen we first met with Alicia we were needing our house sold as soon as possible. While it took a bit longer than expected, Alicia was trying everything she could to help it sell. From open houses to staging our home, Alicia Ponivas went above and beyond for us when it came to selling our house. She was always available whenever we needed her for our multitude of questions. While we are not in a rush to sell another house anytime soon, we will definitely be contacting Alicia again.

I have never used real estate agent in the 20 years I've been in this business, but I will use her. She is amazing. I was not planning on buying a house at all, but threw her repeated sending me pictures of houses. I bought one. She is truly one of the most amazing agents I've ever seen.

She is personable and knows the area well. She prepared me and the house, so it was ready to hit the market at its best. I would definitely use Alicia again.

Waco is not her "home area" so she reached out a local agent to help. But it turned out we did just fine with Alica's assistance and both of our diligence in looking for the right place.
