Buyer reviewwell he had help my other daugher and was very good so we decided to go with him again and he was great and very dependable and knowledgeable so easy to work with him he was very polite and always very understanding and explaining what i did not understand without making someone feel stupid for not understanding sometimes simple stuff he made buying a home so easy and without any worries him and the sales persons where so good we would give very good advise on what he knew when i had to leave papers at the office very polite and professional staff

Seller reviewWorking with realtor, Allen Robinson once again was indeed a pleasure. When I called Allen to discuss the sale of my home, he immediately scheduled an appointment with me whereby we discussed my options, back ground of other properties in my area and what they were selling for and to give me some directions and assistance with my decision. (He was document ready and still quite professional.) Allen mentioned the market and timing was good, and that's exactly what I needed to hear. After the initial meeting we communicated daily on the steps to take, and the preparation to make the sale of my home as painless as possible. I highly respected Allen's suggestions and opinions, so whatever he recommended me to do to get my home prepared for the sale, I was willing to make it happen within a few weeks' time. There were a few hiccups along the way, and Allen even offered to help out with those. Allen had a professional photographer take pictures of my home, posted them on a Friday evening and I had over seven viewers the following day. I was quite overwhelmed because everything was moving so fast, but Allen kept his composure and I managed to keep mine. Thanks again to Allen for all of his assistance. Allen, you're a jewel!!!
